Child Safety Standards
WhispR is operated by D. K. Pahwa under the WhispRai™ brand. WhispR is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. Protecting children from harm is a core safety obligation.
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
WhispR has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
You must not use WhispR to create, request, share, promote, solicit, or facilitate CSAE or CSAM in any form — including through voice recordings, replies, profile material, or any other user content. Content that is sexually exploitative, paedophilic, or harmful to a child is strictly prohibited. See also our Terms of Service (section 12) and Community Guidelines.
How to report concerns
If you encounter content or behaviour on WhispR that may involve CSAE, CSAM, or any other child-safety risk, please report it immediately using one of the channels below.
In the WhispR app
- Report post — open the menu (⋯) on a public recording in Explore or Recording details.
- Report reply — open the menu on a voice reply.
- Report user — open the menu on a public recording and choose Report user (separate from Block user).
Select the reason that best fits and add any context in the optional details field. Reports are reviewed by the WhispR team.
By email
Email childsafety@hellowhispr.com with the subject line WhispR Child Safety Report. Include links, usernames, or descriptions that help us locate the content. Do not attach illegal material.
For general support unrelated to child safety, contact support@hellowhispr.com.
If someone is in immediate danger
Contact your local emergency services first. WhispR is not an emergency service and does not provide 24/7 monitoring.
How WhispR responds
When we receive a credible child-safety report, we prioritise review and take action that may include:
- restricting or removing the reported content;
- suspending or terminating the responsible account;
- preserving relevant evidence securely and limiting access to authorised personnel; and
- making reports to appropriate authorities where we are legally required or permitted to do so.
We handle child-safety evidence with care and restrict access to personnel who need it for investigation, legal compliance, or authority cooperation.
What we do not claim
- WhispR does not provide 24/7 human moderation.
- WhispR does not use automated CSAM detection systems at this time.
- We cannot guarantee that every violation will be identified before it is reported.
During closed beta, safety reports are reviewed by the WhispR team on a best-effort basis. We aim to respond to urgent child-safety reports as quickly as practicable.
Minimum age
WhispR is for users aged 18 and older. If you believe a minor is using WhispR, contact childsafety@hellowhispr.com (or support@hellowhispr.com). We may suspend the account and take reasonable steps to remove associated information, subject to applicable law. See our Privacy Policy (Children’s Privacy).
